高温胁迫对早稻不同品种胚乳和根系抗氧化保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:选用不同耐热性品种,研究灌浆期高温胁迫对胚乳和根系抗氧化保护酶的影响。结果表日月:受高温胁迫不同品种胚乳保护反应有差异,在高温胁迫后以POD活性差异最大,耐热品种活性明显提高.热敏感品种下降;SOD活性差异小于POD;CAT活性仅在高温胁迫期间,耐热品种提高,热敏感品种下降。根系3种保护酶活性与胚乳相比,对高温的反应更为敏感。高温胁迫后,耐热品种根系保护酶活性比对照上升或持平,热敏感品种比对照明显降低,不同品种SOD活性差异极显著。

Abstract:Varieties of early rice with different heat resistance were studied to determine the effect of high temperature stress on the activity of over-oxygen protective enzyme in the endosperm and root during the period of grain filling.The results indicated that there was diversity of protecting response in endosperm of different varieties of early rice under high temperature stress.The difference in POD activity after high temperature stress was the largest: POD activity in varieties of heat resistance increased and declined in varieties of heat sensitivity.The difference in SOD activity was smaller than that in POD.The CAT activity increased in varieties of heat resistance and declined in varieties of heat sensitivity under high temperature stress.The activity of three protective enzymes in the root was more sensitive to high temperature than that in the endosperm.After high temperature stress,the activity of protective enzymes in the root of varieties of heat resistance increased or maintained the same level with the control,and declined in varieties of heat sensitivity.The difference in SOD activity under and after high temperature stress was significant in different varieties.
