紫红薯色素的提取和精制

摘    要:研究了用树脂和凝胶层析法提取和精制紫红薯色素。实验结果表明:X-5树脂在吸附液pH为4.吸附流速为2.0mL/min时吸附能力较强;在室温和解吸流速为1.5mL/min的条件下.以φ=60%乙醇作为解吸剂时洗脱效果最好;采用凝胶层析法色素的色价达到49.66。

Abstract:The optimum conditions for purification of purple WTIpomoea batatas pigment by macroporous resin adsorption and gel filtration chromatography were studied. The result showed that the X-5 resin had greater adsorbing ability at pH =4.0 and 2.0 mL/min . When the concentration of alcohol was 65%, the desorption was the most effective at 1.5 mL/min and normal temperature. The colourity was 49.66 by gel filtration chromatography.
