| 摘 要： | 计算机技术的发展与计算机速度的提高和硬件成本的下降，使得机器视觉技术在农产品检测领域中的应用越来越广泛，论述了国内外机器视觉技术在农产品检测中的应用研究和发展情况，同时指出了进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | With development of computer technology, acceleration of its speed and reduction of cost of hardware,computer vision is being used more and more widely in detection of agriculture products. This article summarizes the application, investigation and development of machine vision in agricultural products, and points out the orientation for further research. |
