| 摘 要： | 用GGR6号和SJCL生根剂,IAA(吲哚乙酸)和NAA(萘乙酸)植物激素分别处理青钱柳插穗进行扦插育苗试验,结果表明:在对青钱柳扦插育苗试验中,生根剂SJCL浓度500 mg/L、浸泡时间0.5 h的组合效果为佳,生根率最高为64.57%;不同生根剂和植物激素对扦插苗生根数、根长的影响达到极显著水平;用SJCL生根剂处理的扦插苗在生根数上较IAA和NAA明显提高,用GGR6处理的扦插苗在根长上较IAA和NAA植物激素明显提高。

| Abstract: | The effects of four growth regulators,namely,GGR6,SJCL,IAA and NAA on rooting of Cyclocarya paliurus cuttings were investigated.The results showed that dipping the cuttings in SJCL growth regulators 500 mg/L for 0.5 h showed the best result for rooting and the rooting rate was up to 64.57%.Different growth regulators had extremely significant effects on rooting number,rooting length of cuttings,SJCL had better effect than IAA and NAA on rooting numbers,GGR6 had better than IAA and NAA on rooting length. |
