| 摘 要： | WebGIS是目前地理信息系统发展的一种趋势,ArcIMS是构建WebGIS的优秀平台。文章介绍了ArcIMS的体系结构,特点及技术优势,构建了基于ArcIMS开发的农电网资源信息系统。其中利用ArcSDE建立空间数据库和空间数据格式的转换是实现该系统的关键。 |

| Abstract: | WebGIS was the development trend of geographical information system, ArcIMS was a best platform for creating WebGIS. This thesis briefly introduced ArcIMS based Web GIS development for rural power grids resources. It was the key to build database on ArcSDE and to transform data formation for Implementation of the system. |
