Abstract:2% Chinese herbals compounds of different proportion (Acanthopanax senticosus Harms,L.chinense Mill,Lonicera japonica Thunb and Astragalus membranaceus) were supplemented to the basical formulated diet (control group).Four treatment groups were set up to feed Cyprinus carpio var.specularis Juvenile fish.The content of C3 in serum and the activities of NBT positive cells and phagocytosis of phagocyte and lysozyme in serum and immun organs were measured respectively on the 14th,28th and 42nd day,with the view of studying on the influence of compound Chinese medicine to its nonspecific immunity.The results showed that the activities of lysozyme in serum of compound Ⅰ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 14th day,and significantly higher than it;The compounds Ⅰ and Ⅲ had significant difference with the control group (P<0.05) on the 28th day.The activities of lysozyme in head kidney of compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 42nd day.The activities of lysozyme in spleen of compoundsⅠ-Ⅲ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 14th day;The compound Ⅱ had significant difference with the control group (P<0.05) on the 28th day.The NBT positive cells of the compound groups had significant difference with the control group (P<0.05)on the 28th and 42nd day.The content of complement C3 of compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 14th day;The compound Ⅰ and Ⅲ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 28th day;The compound groups had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 42nd day.The phagocytosis percentage and phagocytic index of sheep red blood cells made by macrophage of compound Ⅰand Ⅳ had very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 14th day;The compound groups had significant difference with the control group (P<0.05) on the 28th day;The compound Ⅰhad very significant difference with the control group (P<0.01) on the 42nd day.The study showed that the Chinese herbal compounds could be added to feed of the Cyprinus carpio var.specularis to increase the activities of non specific immunity,but long-time feeding could produce toxic effects,it was suggested that medication time was 28 d,the most effective compound was compound Ⅰ.
