摘    要:选择65周龄健康海兰褐蛋鸡150只,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)、试验组Ⅰ(基础日粮+0.5%女贞子粉)、试验组Ⅱ(基础日粮+1%女贞子粉).每组设5个重复,每个重复10只蛋鸡.试验期为8周.本试验研究了女贞子粉对产蛋后期蛋鸡生产性能、免疫功能和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,...

Abstract:To study the effects of Ligustrum lucidum(LL) on production performance,immunity and serum biochemical indexes of hens at late laying stage,one hundred and fifty 65-weeks Hyline brown hens were randomly allotted to 3 treatments with 5 replicates pens pretreatment and 10 birds per pen.The control group was fed a basal diet,the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1% LL,respectively.The experiment lasted 8 weeks.The results showed that feed-egg ratio of experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ were significantly reduced (P<0.05) compared with the control.Laying rate and average daily egg production of experimental group Ⅱ were significantly increased by 20.09% and 18.75% respectively (P<0.05) compared with the control.Antibody titres to newcastle disease virus of experimental groupⅡ was significantly increased (P<0.05) compared with the control.Lymphocyte transformation rate of experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱwere significantly increased by 49.85% and 50.83% respectively(P<0.05) compared with control.The level of TC and LDL of experimental group Ⅰ,Ⅱ were significantly reduced (P<0.05) compared with the control.The level of HDL of experimental group Ⅰ was significantly increased by 27.27% compared with the control.Basal diet supplemented with LL could increase performance,immunity and improved lipid metabolism of hens at late laying stage.
