八倍体小偃麦(中1-中7)的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基及其在品质育种中的应用

摘    要:异源八倍体小偃麦中1-中7在国内外被广泛用做三锈、黄矮病的抗原材料.但其品质上的优异特性一直没有被搞清并加以利用.利用SDS—PAGE分析了中1-中7的HMW麦谷蛋白亚基组成和它们的染色体组构成,并探讨了中1-中7在优质麦育种过程中的应用和后代的选择方法.

Abstract:Octiploid Trititrigia (Zhong 1-Zhong 7) have been widely used as crossing parents in China and abroad, they show strong resistances to rusts and barley yellow dwarf virus. However, the good baking quality of the octoploid Trilitrigia has not been noticed by the breeder.We analyzed the HMW glutenin subunits and genome constitution of Zhong 1-Zhong 7 by SDS-PAGE and discussed the potential utiliting of Zhong lines in breeding of high baking quality common wheat. In the study, an efficient selected mode was established for derivatives.
