| 摘 要： | 随机回归模型在动物育种中已然成为分析纵向数据或者个体重复记录的一般方法。随机回归模型可分为基于重复率模型的随机回归模型、基于母体效应模型的随机回归模型、基于公畜模型的随机回归模型和二维随机回归模型等等。随机回归模型广泛应用于产奶性状、生长性状、生存性状、繁殖性状、基因型、环境互作的遗传分析;与此同时,人们也一直探索随机回归模型的优化问题,子模型函数的选择是其中热点之一。文章对随机回归模型的分类、优化及其在动物育种领域的应用进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Random regression models(RRM) have become common for the analysis of longitudinal data or repeated records on animals.There are many kinds of RRM,which can be divided into RRM grounded on repeatability model,RRM based on maternal effect model,RRM founded on sire model,two-dimensional RRM,and so on.RRM have already been applied to the genetic evaluation of milk traits,growth traits,survival data,fertility data and genotype by environment interactions.Besides research on the application of RRM,people have been studying on the optimization of RRM and especially focusing on the choice of submodel functions.This paper reviewed the kinds,optimization and application of RRM in animal breeding. |
