抗仔猪腹泻中药口服液的质量标准研究

采用薄层色谱法对抗仔猪腹泻口服液中的黄连、黄芩、甘草药材进行定性鉴别,并应用高效液相色谱法对其中成分盐酸小蘖碱进行含量测定。结果显示,薄层色谱法均能对黄连、黄芩、甘草进行定性分析;盐酸小檗碱进样浓度在0.0032～0.016mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.2%(n=5),RSD为0.9%。结果表明,本试验所建立的方法准确、重现性好,可作为抗仔猪腹泻中药口服液的质量控制方法。

Revision of the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicine oral solution against post-weaning swine diarrhea

Rhizoma coptidis, Radix scutellariae, Radix glycytthizae in oral solution against post-weaning swine diarrhea were identified by TLC; the main content of berberine hydrochloride in the oral solution was assayed by HPLC. The results showed that Rhizoma coptidis, Radix scutellariae, Radix glycytthizae could be iden-tified by TLC; berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.0032~0.016 mg·mL-1(r=0.9996); the average recovery was 99.2%(n=5) and the RSD was 0.9%. The methed developed is accurate and has good reproducibility which could be used for the quality control of this oral solution.
