部分CIMMYT玉米群体改良与利用的初步研究

摘    要:采用NCⅡ设计,以6个代表我国主要玉米种质的自交系为测验种与来自CIMMYT并经过初步改良的4个群体杂交,通过配合力和杂种优势分析以明确其进一步改良与利用的方向。结果表明:①可以将Pob45群体导入Reid种质,Pob45改良系×Lancaster种质可能为一个潜在的杂种优势组合模式;②可以将Pob46群体导入Lancaster种质,Pob46改良系×旅大红骨种质可能构成一个潜在的杂种优势组合模式;③可以将Pob69群体导入PA种质,Pob69×Lancaster种质可能构成一个潜在的杂种优势组合模式;④在青贮玉米育种可将Pob70群体导入PB种质,在普通玉米育种中,可将Pob70群体导入旅大红骨种质,Pob70×PA种质可能构成一个潜在的杂种优势组合模式。

Abstract:A NC¢ò test design was adopted to cross 6 common temperate testers in China with 4 pobulations from CIMMYT to analyze combining ability (GCA and SCA,(c) and heterosis to conduct the further improvement and application of CIMMYT germplasm. The main results were summarized as follows:① Pob45 could be used to improve Reid germplasm represented by B73. Inbred lines from improved germplasm by Pob45 crossed with Mo17 might be used as a herterosis combination;② Pob46 could be used to introduce Lancaster germplasm represented by Mo17. Inbred lines from improved germplasm by Pob46 crossed with Dan340 might be used as a herterosis combination;¢ Pob69 could be introduced to PA germplasm represented by Ye107. Inbred lines from improved germplasm by Pob69 crossed with Mo17 might be a potential heterotic combination;¢ü Pob70 could be intrduced into Ludahonggu germplasm represented by Dan340. Inbred lines from improved germplasm by Pob70 crossed with Ye107 might be used as a herterosis combination.
