亚麻种子发育的解剖学研究

摘    要:实验主要对亚麻种子各部分发育进行了观察。各部分特点是,胚发育与双子叶植物大体相似,经过合子—原胚—心形胚—鱼雷形胚—成熟胚的过程,幼胚发育属茄型,成熟胚为直立型,两枚子叶发达;胚乳形成属于核型,成熟种子有胚乳存在,其细胞内含大量的蛋白质和脂类颗粒;种皮较薄,表皮细胞含果胶物质,遇水粘化,内珠被纤维状加厚,珠被绒毡层保留并积累色素成明显的色素层,使种子呈现颜色。同时,本文对种子形成过程中营养物质的动态变化也进行了观察。

Abstract:The development of flax seed was opserved The results showed the development of embryo was similar to that of dicotyledon, and the developmental process consisted of zygote, proembryo, a heart of proembryo, a torpedo of proembryo and mature embryo, the developmental type of young embryo was solanad, and that of mature embryo was erect, two cotyledons were developed in mature embryo The developmental type of endosperm was nuclear in whose a lot of protein grains and fat grains existed The seed coat is thin, the epidermis cell contained a large amount of protein substance which binded each other in encountering water The inner integument thickened in the shape of fibre The endothelium retained and accumulateed pigment into clear pigment layer which made the seed into colored At the same time, the dynamic change of the nutrient substance in seed was also observed
