番茄叶霉病苗期抗性鉴定方法的研究

摘    要:利用蕃茄苗期接种叶霉菌从而筛选出抗叶霉病的蕃茄品种 ,主要研究了蕃茄的苗龄、接种后培养的温度、接种体浓度、病菌培养的时间对接种叶霉菌的影响。结果表明 ,蕃茄叶霉病苗期接种鉴定的适宜条件是苗龄 6片真叶 ;叶霉菌培养的时间 2 0 d;接种体浓度 10 7;接种后幼苗管理的温度 2 2℃

Abstract:The tomato cultivar resistant to leaf mold was screened by innoculation identification at seedling stage,the effect of the following factor on disease index was studied,the factor included seedling age of plant,concentration of innoculated fungi,temperature and time of innoculation.The optimal condition of seedlings inoculation identification for tomato leaf mold disease is as following:The 6th-true leaf seedling;The culture time of fungi for leaf mold disease is 20 days;The oncentration of inoculated fungi is 107;The temperature of cultivating yong seedlings after inoculation is 22℃.
