摘    要:为确定奶牛乳腺发育与泌乳各时期能量代谢状况及建立生物调控技术,应用试剂盒及高效液相色谱法(HPLC),对奶牛乳腺发育与泌乳过程中能量代谢重要指标进行了测定。结果表明,己糖激酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯、葡萄糖、乳糖、β-酪蛋白、ATP酶、能荷值和NADPH等指标在不同时期都存在差异,即青春期14个月时的葡萄糖浓度最高,妊娠4个月时的NADPH含量最高,围产前期时的甘油三酯含量、乳糖含量和能荷值最高,泌乳7 d时异柠檬酸脱氢酶活性和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶活性最高,泌乳140 d时的Ca2+Mg2+-ATP酶的活性最高,泌乳280 d时的Na+K+-ATP酶活性最高,退化期3 d的β-酪蛋白含量最高,退化期30 d时的己糖激酶活性最高。揭示了奶牛乳腺发育与泌乳过程中能量代谢的变化规律。

Abstract:To determine the state of energy metabolism of mammary gland development and lactation of milk cow and build biological control technology,the testing kits and HPLC method were both used to determine the important indicators in the course of mammary gland development and lactation of milk cow.The results showed that there had differences of HK,G-6-PD,ICDH,TG,Glu,LAC,β-casein,energy charge and NADPH in different indexes,the concentration of Glu reached the highest at V14 month,the concentration of NADPH reached the highest at P4 month,the activities of ICDH and G-6-PD both reached the highest at I7 d,the activity of Ca2+ Mg2+-ATPase reached the highest at I140 d,the activity of Na+ K+-ATPase reached the highest at L280 d,the concentration of TG,LAC and energy charge reached the highest at WC,the concentration of β-casein reached the highest at I3 d,the activity of HK reached the highest at I30 d.It reveals the changes of energy metabolism in the course of mammary gland development and lactation of milk cow.
