摘    要:荷包红鲤抗寒品系(♂,耐寒)与柏氏鲤(♀,不耐寒)杂交F2分别进行室内水温缓降试验和骤降试验。当水温缓降至4℃时,临近死亡(组d)血清pH值为7.31,成活组(g,o)为7.08 ̄7.20,对照组(c)为6.97。单因素方差分析表明,同一温度下,不同样本组与血清pH值变化无直接关联;经Ducan式多重范围比较,临近死亡组与对照组血清pH值存在显著性差异(P<0.05);水温骤降试验10,8,6,4℃的pH值分别为6.71,6.60,6.71,6.74。单因素方差分析表明,不同温度与血清pH值不存在显著性关联;经Ducan式多重范围比较,4℃与8℃F2血清pH值存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。另外,本研究虽然通过两种降温方式模拟淡水鱼类冬季的生存环境(0 ̄4℃),但pH值的检测结果呈现相似的变化,即,同一温度不同样本组或同一样本不同温度组,血清pH值的均值呈偏碱性趋势变化。

Abstract:The hybrids F2 of Cyprinus carpio var.wuyuanensis(♂,cold tolerance)× Cyprinus ellegrini pellegrini(♀,cold sensitivity) were divided into two batches and designed to do cooling program including mild temperature and acute temperature inside.When the water temperature reduced slowly to 4℃,the blood of 4 groups were collected,consisting of the dead(d) caused by ill and cold shock,the survival comprised of orange(o) and grey(g) color and the control(c).The pH values of serum is 7.31,7.08-7.20 and 6.97,respectively.The results of one-way variance analysis show that there is no correlation between species and pH values under the same temperature.However,when the mean values of each group were analyzed by Duncan′s multiple range tests,as a result,there is significant difference in pH values between the dead and the control(P < 0.05).Another cold acclimation experiment,acute temperature was carried out in 80 individuals of hybrids F2,which were divided into 4 groups including 10,8,6,4 ℃ by adding broken ice to control the water temperature.The data was analyzed with the same statistic method mentioned above.The results pronounced that there was no remarkable difference in pH values in different groups of temperature test with one-way variance analysis.Continuingly,there is distinguished difference between group 4 ℃ and 8 ℃ by using Duncan′s multiple range tests.Although this research imitates the survival environment of fresh water fish in winter by two methods of temperature decreasing,the pH values express synchronously.
