野生大豆对大豆疫霉根腐病抗感反应及聚类分析

摘    要:研究对来自我国9个省份的40份野生大豆资源进行了黑龙江省大豆疫霉根腐病优势1号生理小种的抗感鉴定及遗传多样性分析。结果表明,在40份野生大豆中,表现抗病的野生大豆资源12份,占鉴定资源总数的30%;表现中间反应类型的有12份,占鉴定资源总数的30%;表现感病的植株有16份,占鉴定资源总数的40%。30个座位共检测到223个等位变异,平均片断长度在200~2000bp之间,等位变异数目的变化范围是3~11个,平均等位变异数目为7.43个,不同位点的等位变异数表现差异,其中Satt294等位变异数较少,仅3个;Satt409等位变异数最多,有11个。平均相似系数为0.794,变化范围为0.74~0.86,83.35%的野生大豆间的相似系数在0.78~0.83之间,遗传差异较大,具有较高的遗传多样性水平。

Abstract:40 wild soybean from nine provinces in China were screened for their reaction to race 1 of P. Sojae, which was the prevalent race in Heilongjiang Province at present. The results showed that there were 12 resistant accessions, accounting for 30% of the tested germplasm, 12 intermediate resistant accessions, accounting for 30% of the tested germplasm, and 16 susceptible accessions, accounting for 40% of the tested germplasm. Cluster analysis results showed that 30 SSR primers were used to detect genetic diversity among the 40 wild soybean accessions. A total of 223 alleles were observed, ranging from 3-11 alleles with an average of 7.43 per SSR locus. The average genetic similarity coefficient ranged from 0.74 to 0.86, and the average value was 0.794. The genetic similarity coefficient of 83.35% wild soybean accessions ranged from 0.78 to 0.86, which indicated that there is significant difference and high geneticdiversity among those wild accessions.
