摘    要:选用分布于水稻12条染色体上的52对SSR引物,对黑龙江省近几年育成品种(系)和过去主栽品种以及日本引进品种共54份材料进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明,供试品种的20项表型性状均有显著或极显著的遗传差异,其中黏滞峰消减值变异系数最大,整米粒率与下降黏度值次之,糙米率和糊化开始温度变异系数最小;在52对SSR引物中45对引物有多态性,共扩增出160个等位位点,平均3.6个,香农指数变幅为0.040~0.702,平均为0.285;高多态性SSR位点主要发生在染色体2、5、7、11上,低多态性SSR位点主要发生在染色体6、8、10、12上;供试品种的遗传相似系数变幅为0.667~0.963之间,平均值为0.786,且83.4%的供试品种其遗传相似系数在0.740~0.840之间,亲缘关系较近;通过UPGMA聚类,供试品种被分为3大类,绝大多数供试品种都聚在同一类。

Abstract:Genetic diversity of 54 rice varieties or lines of Heilongjiang Province,which were bred in recent years or were local cultivars in the past or introduced from Japan,were analyzed by using a set of 52 SSR molecular markers located on 12 chromosomes of rice.The results indicated that there was significant or highly significant genetic difference in 20 investigated phenotypic characters.The variance coefficient of setback was maximum,the rate of head milled rice and the breakdown took second place,the rate of brown rice and the pasting temperature were minimum.Total 45 of 52 SSR primers performed polymorphism,by which 160 alleles loci were detected with average 3.6.Shannon's index ranged from 0.04-0.702 with average 0.285.SSR primer polymorphic analysis showed high-polymorphic loci emerged mainly at chromosome 2,5,7 and 11 while low-polymorphic loci emerged at chromosome 6,8,10 and 12.The genetic similarity of paired varieties ranged from 0.667-0.963 with average 0.786,and the genetic similarity of 83.4% tested matetials ranged from 0.740-0.840,which had closer genetic relationship with each other.The results of UPGMA indicated that the 54 rice varieties could be clustered into three groups and the overwhelming varieyies were clusrered into the same group.
