| 摘 要： | 在寒冷气候条件下,动物容易产生冷应激反应,导致其生产性能、繁殖性能、饲料消化率、免疫功能及抗氧化功能等下降,增加饲养成本,降低养殖业的经济效益。维生素具有免疫促进与抗氧化作用,能提高动物的免疫功能与抗氧化功能,调节动物自身的防御机能,改善冷应激下动物的抗氧化功能及肉品质量,提高抗应激能力,减轻冷应激的危害,使动物处于良好的生理状态,发挥最大的生产潜能。

| Abstract: | In the cold weather,it is easy for animals to suffer from cold stress. Cold stress could decrease production,reproduction,nutrient digestibility,immunity and antioxidant of animals. As a result,the breeding cost would be increased. Vitamins could improve production and meat quality of animals during cold stress by strengthening immunity and antioxidant. As a result,the breeding cost would be decreased. |
