应用小鼠微核试验研究稀土矿及废渣产品的诱变效应

摘    要:通过应用小鼠骨髓细胞微核测试法,观察了稀土矿产独居石对母鼠及子鼠的诱变效应,同时对废渣产品(水泥、塑料管及油漆)的遗传毒性效应进行了初步的探讨.实验结果表明,稀土矿产及废渣产品均能引起骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率明显升高,同时指出在低放作用下母鼠对子鼠有明显的屏蔽作用.

Abstract:The order to Study the mutagenic effects of mineral products of rare earth elements named monazite on matured rats and their children,we examined the frequency of micronucleated PCE in the bone marrow of rats.At the same time,we studied the genetic toxicity effect of products of waste(cement,plastics, paint) on rats.The results indicated that mineral products of rare earth elements and is products of waste both caused the increase of the micronucleas frequency in the bone marrow of rats.And under the low radioactive action,matured rats can give their children natural defence.
