摘    要:以甜菜品种KWS0143为材料,采用“3414”设计方案,探讨肥料对酶活性的影响及酶活性与甜菜产量的关系.结果表明,在甜菜生育期间,随着施氮水平的升高,谷氨酰胺合成酶和谷氨酸合成酶活性增强,磷肥与酶活性在生育前期呈显著或极显著正相关关系;在8月初(块根增长初期)可以通过增施相应肥料来调节氨同化途径的强度;谷氨酰胺合成酶...
