| 摘 要： | 玉米单倍体育种技术能显著加快育种进程,它是生物技术与常规育种方法结合产生的一条新的育种途径.文章就玉米单倍体育种技术研究进展及在玉米育种中的应用进行了综述,包括玉米单倍体育种技术中获得单倍体的方法,鉴别方法及二倍体加倍方法等关键步骤,并就国内玉米单倍体育种现状进行了分析、探讨和展望.

| Abstract: | Application of haploid technology can significantly accelerate the breeding process in maize breeding.It is the new method which based on the biological technology and conventional maize breeding.This paper gave an overview of the key steps for acquisition,identification and diploidize in haploid breeding technology of maize.Analyses,investigations and prospects were made about haploid breeding in maize in present domestic condition. |
