| 摘 要： | 硫氧还蛋白 (thioredoxin,Trx)广泛地存在于生物界中 ,是一种低分子量 (12 KD)、有还原双硫键活力的蛋白质。越来越多的研究表明 ,它是重要的酶活力调节蛋白 ,参与许多重要的生命活动。文章主要以植物硫氧还蛋白为对象 ,对前人在硫氧还蛋白的分类、理化特点、生物功能等方面已取得的研究成果作一回顾。

| Abstract: | Thioredoxins,the ubiquitous small proteins (12KD)with a redox active disulfide bridge,are found to be important regulatory elements in some vital biochemical reaction of metabolism.In this review,studies on thioredoxins including classfication,biofunction,physical and biochemical characters mainly for plant thioredoxins were summarized.$$$$ |
