摘    要:为便于专利成果的产品化、系列化,对一种新型双体立式复合圆盘重力清种结构形式的精密排种器2B-JP-FL01进行工艺设计。运用CATIA软件进行三维动态仿真,从总体造型、部件配合方式及零件尺寸形状等全面的分析,并结合部分试验研究,完成了可直接用于生产的工程技术方案。结果表明,该方案达到了制造工艺简单、配合精度适宜、组装效率高、工作可靠及便于调整维护的设计目标。

Abstract:In order to convenient for patent technique be turned to applied product, the technologic design of a new double body, multiple uptight plate and cleating excrescent seeds by its gravitation seeding-meteting device 2B-JP-FL01 was done in this paper. The 3D design software CATIA was used to do emulator, the study included whole structure sculpting, assembling model, dimension and shape, at the same time, combining with some experimental result, the applied design having easy manufacturing process, appropriate precision, high assembling efficiency, jarless working capability and convenient adjusting function was provided.
