农光互补准Z源容错逆变器研究

摘    要:为提高光伏大棚太阳能利用率及逆变桥臂故障后逆变器不能正常使用等问题,提出新型三相多电平T型准Z源逆变器(T型SL-q ZSI)。新型逆变器拓扑结构由两个对称改进型准Z源网络和三相T型逆变器组成。该逆变器采用较小直通占空比即可获得较高升压因子,调制比范围较大,输出多电平电压,独立为光伏大棚供电,提高农光互补系统电能利用率。当桥臂开关发生管故障时,通过改变调制策略,逆变器可正常工作。同时采用相移正弦脉冲宽度调制(PS-PWM)方法,仿真和试验验证新拓扑正确性和优越性。该逆变器可保证光伏大棚内部电力供应且具有Z源升压、输出多电平电压、开关管容错能力强、输出电能质量高等优点。

Abstract:In the agriculture and light complementation project, In order to enhance the utilization of solar energy of photovoltaic greenhouse and inverter bridge legs inverter in normal use and other issues, has proposed a new three-phase multilevel T-type Quasi Z-source (T-SL-qZSI) inverter. New inverter topology consists of two symmetric improved Z-source network and T-type three-phase inverter components. The inverter uses smaller through the duty cycle can get higher the boost factor, modulation range, multilevel and output voltage, not only supply power to photovoltaic shacks by it self but also improve the power utilization ratio of the agricultural light complementary system. When bridge switch failure, do not need to add an extra leg or collect switch State, simply by changing the modulation, inverter can work properly. Use phase-shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation (PS-PWM) method simulation and experiment, simulation and experimental results show the validity and superiority of the new topology. The Z-source inverter booster make the power support of the photovoltaic greenhouse become rely, and multilevel output voltage, switch fault tolerance, and the power output of high quality and so on.
