日光温室墙体不同保温材料对其保温性影响

摘    要:新型保温材料应用是提高日光温室保温性能重要措施之一,文章选取常见保温材料聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS),聚苯乙烯挤塑板(XPS),酚醛酯板(酚醛树脂),聚氨酯(聚氨基甲酸酯)作试验材料,在温室其他参数一致前提下,以日光温室典型夹芯墙体为对照,对比墙体相同热阻值下日光温室墙体不同保温材料应用效果。结果表明,聚氨酯外保温复合墙体表现最优,XPS外保温处理效果次之,酚醛酯最差。聚氨酯外挂有效热积累量分别较对照提高1.021 MJ·m~(-2),较其他处理最大提高0.835 MJ·m~(-2),温室晴天、阴天气温比对照分别提高2.3、2.0℃,日平均地温提高1.6℃,晴天、阴天气温较其他处理最高分别提高1.2和1.1℃,日平均地温提高0.8℃。综上,聚氨酯可作为日光温室墙体外保温推荐材料。

Abstract:Application of new heat preservation material of wall was one of the effective measures to improve the thermal insulation performance of solar greenhouse,this experiment selected polystyrene foam board(EPS),and extruded polystyrene board (XPS),phenolic ester,polyurethane as heat preservation materials,on the premise of other parameters same,with the typical core wall in greenhouse as contrast,explored the practical effects of different insulation materials with same thermal resistance in the wall in solar greenhouse.The results showed that the polyurethane performed best,second was XPS outside,and the worst performance was phenolic ester.Effective heat accumulation of polyurethane insulation composite wall respectively highest increased 1.021,0.835 MJ· m2 related to the contrast and other treatments,compared with contrast,air temperature in sunny and overcast increased repectively 2.3,2.0 ℃,the ground temperature increased 1.6 ℃.meanwhile,air temperature in greenhouse in sunny and overcast repectively increased 1.2,1.1 ℃,the ground temperature increased 0.8 ℃ compared with other treatments.In summary,polyurethane could be used as an effective heat preservation material in the wall of solar greenhouse.
