发酵北苍术对断奶仔猪血清免疫和生化指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究饲粮中添加发酵北苍术对断奶仔猪血清免疫和生化指标影响。选取96头(7.0±0.5)kg28日龄断奶二元杂交"长白×大白"仔猪,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头猪,试验期为35 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期28 d。第Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;第Ⅱ组为抗生素组(基础日粮中添加0.035%,硫酸粘杆菌素与杆菌肽锌11混合),第Ⅲ组为未发酵北苍术组(基础日粮中添加0.2%未发酵北苍术);第Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组分别为:在基础日粮中分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%发酵北苍术组。结果表明,(1)试验前期(1~14d),0.2%发酵北苍术组与对照组相比血清中Ig G含量提高19.1%(P0.05),谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量降低,但差异不显著(P0.05)。0.3%发酵北苍术组与对照组相比Ig A和Ig M分别提高6.4%和20.5%,总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量分别提高12.1%和5.7%。(2)试验全期(1~28 d),0.2%发酵北苍术组Ig G、Ig M、TP和ALB含量显著(P0.05)高于对照组,分别提高9.9%、7.7%、20.9%和15.6%。0.2%发酵北苍术组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)含量与对照组相比降低25.6%(P0.05),谷草转氨酶(AST)和尿素氮(BUN)差异不显著(P0.05)。由此可知,发酵北苍术与对照组相比可显著提高断奶仔猪免疫力,优于未发酵北苍术组,试验前期发酵北苍术最优添加量为0.3%,后期最优添加量为0.2%。综上所述,断奶仔猪日粮中添加发酵北苍术可增强断奶仔猪免疫力,提高生长性能,与抗生素药效相近。研究为仔猪生产中以发酵中草药饲料添加剂替代抗生素类药物提供参考。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of fermented Atractylodes chinensis on immune and biochemical indices of weaned piglets.A total of 96 (LandracexYorkshire) 28-day-old weaned piglets with an average body weight of (7.0 ± 0.5) kg were randomly allocated into six groups with four replicates in each group and four piglets in each replicate.The test pedod was 35 days,of which the pre-test period was 7 d and the formal period was 28 days.Piglets in group Ⅰ (control group) were fed a basal diet,groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed a basal diet supplemented with 0.035% antibiotic (the mixture of colistin sulfat and bacitracin zine 1:1) and 0.2% unfermented Atractylodes chinensis,respectively.And those in groups Ⅳ to Ⅵwere fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1%,0.2% and 0.3% fermented Atractylodes chinensis,respectively.The results showed as follows:① On 1 to 14 days of experiments,compared with the control group,the content of IgG increased by 19.1% (P<0.05) and the content of ALT and AST decreased (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the content of IgA,IgM,total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) in 0.3% fermented Atractylodes chinensis group increased by 6.4%,20.5%,12.1% and 5.7%,respectively.②At 1 to 28 days of experiments,the contents of IgA,IgM,TP and ALB in the 0.2% fermented Atractylodes chinensis group were improved 9.9%,7.7%,20.9% and 15.6%,respectively.The content of ALT in 0.2%fermented of Atractylodes chinensis group decreased by 25.6% compared with the control group,while there was no significant difference in AST and BUN (P>0.05).In conclusion,diet supplemented with fermented Atractylodes chinensis could significantly improve the immunity of weaned piglets,compared withthe control and unfermented A tractylodes chinensis groups.Furthermore,the result suggested that the optimal dose of fermented Atractylodes chinensis in diet was 0.3% during earlier experimental stage.While,during the last time of the trial,the optimal adding amount was 0.2%.In summary,added fermented fermented Atractylodes chinensis to diets of weaned piglets can enhance the weaned piglet immunity,improve growth performance,which the efficacy is similar to antibiotics.This study provided a reference for antibiotics the instead of the fermentation of Chinese herbal feed additives for piglet production.
