摘    要:以3个大豆品种为材料,研究不同施氮水平对大豆结瘤特性及氮素积累的影响。结果表明,种肥高施氮肥水平对不同品种大豆的根瘤形成均有抑制作用,其持续时间长短因品种而异。不同大豆品种叶片氮素积累动态相同,但长生育期品种(东农42)氮素积累峰值期出现时间晚。施用氮肥可提高叶片氮素积累量、拖后氮素积累峰值期。施用氮肥能促进大豆生长,优化产量构成因子,提高大豆产量。

Abstract:Three soybean varieties were examined to study the effects of different nitrogen application levels on nodule-forming and nitrogen concentration. Results showed that, high nitrogen application in basal fertilizer inhibited nodule-forming, and the duration of inhibiting effect varied with varieties. There existed a similar nitrogen concentration tendency among the varieties, but the peek point of the variety with longer growth period appeared later. Nitrogen application could increase the nitrogen concentration in leaves, but prolonged the maximum stage. It could also stimulate the growth of soybean, optimize the components of yield and increase the production of soybean.
