| 摘 要： | 对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株分别进行纸片扩散法和微量稀释法检测,通过对抗菌效果的比较,筛选出对耐药菌抗菌活性好的中草药,测定50种中草药的水提物和75%乙醇提取物对5株猪链球菌临床分离耐药株的体外抗菌活性。试验结果表明,50种中草药中,只有中药1和中药2的提取物对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株有较好的抑制作用,其他中草药对猪链球菌临床分离耐药株均无抑制作用。结果表明,中药1和中药2的75%乙醇提取物比水提取物抗菌活性强。

| Abstract: | The antibacterial activity of aqueous and 75% alcoholic extracts of 50 Chinese herbal medicines against 5 resistant strains of Streptococcus suis were determined in vitro by Kirby-Bauer and microdilution method.
