Abstract:Isoflavones play a vital role in health benefits,and the level is very low even in redundant soybean (about 3%).Increase the level in soybean is useful to improve quality of soybean.Exogenous methyl jasmonate were used as inducer,sprayed it on the leaf,to up-regulate the pathway of isoflavones synthesis.Ultraviolet spectrophotometer,fluorescent scanning (PE.USA) and HPLC (Agilent,Wilmington) were used to analyze the dynamic change of the activity ofisofalvones level.The results showed that exogenous methyl ...
