东北地区野生蓝靛果忍冬花部形态变异研究

对黑龙江、吉林4个野生种群蓝靛果忍冬(Lonicera caerulea L.var edulis Turcz ex Herd)的花的部分性状进行了观察与测量,并应用扫描电镜观测了其花粉的形态和大小。结果表明,各种群在花冠颜色、花冠绒毛密度、苞片形状和角度、花粉粒大小等指标上存在着不同程度的差异,揭示出东北地区野生蓝靛果种群之间和种群内部均存在着较大的遗传变异。

Flower pattern variation of wild Lonicera caerluea var. edulis in Northeast China

Flower and pollen morphology of wild blue honeysuckles which came from Heilongjiang and Jilin Provinces were studied through observation and measurement.The size of pollen and corolla among the materials was measured and the Duncan's multiple different ranges tests were made.The results show that the corolla color,corolla fire hair density,bract shape,bract angle and pollen size were different among the samples.This indicates that wild blue honeysuckles have abundant hereditary variations among the populations even in one population.
