| 摘 要： | 概述了目前应用于植物抗虫基因工程的两类主要基因 ,即苏云金杆菌毒蛋白基因和蛋白酶抑制剂基因的分类、杀虫机理以及基因改造后应用于抗虫基因工程的研究近况 ,同时探讨了抗虫基因工程存在问题及解决途径 ,提出了今后可能的发展方向

| Abstract: | This review focus ed on the two main insect resistant genes,i.e,Bt toxic protein gene and proteinase inhibitor gene,their classification and insecticide mechanism,the application in engineering of insect resistant plants after mvdifing.In addition,the potential problm of insect resistant gene engineering and resolving wasy,the possible developing direction was summarized.$$$$ |
