| 摘 要： | 分析了黑龙江省玉米区划布局及不同玉米主产区生态生产特点,并对玉米单产水平现状与国际进行比较分析,找出影响黑龙江省玉米单产波动增缓主要障碍因素,提出稳定和提高玉米单产的战略性措施。对黑龙江省发展玉米生产,大幅度提高粮食产量,以维护国家粮食安全和促进农民增收,都具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper offers an analysis of maize divisions of Heilongjiang Province and the ecological characteristics of different main production areas of maize.The main obstructive element which influences the levels of maize unit area yield is found by comparing of the statusquo levels of maize unit area yield at home and abroad.The paper also provides strategic measures to increase and stable unit area yield in the main production area of maize.It is of great strategic significance for the development of maize production in Heilongjiang Province to substantially increase food production in order to safeguard national food security and the promotion of farmer income. |
