水田动力机械越埂性能的分析

摘    要:本文以轮式水田动力机械为对象作了越埂性能分析。文章分别对从动轮和驱动轮越埂的情况进行了受力分析,并指出:只有双轴驱动的水田动力机械,在有关参数选择得当时才可能获得满意的越埂性能。文章还就水田动力机械的整机参数,如重心位置、轮距等对其越埂性能影响作了讨论,并且指出:水田动力机械的重心必须位手靠近前轴处,而不能象在旱地作业的后轮驱动的拖拉机那样重心靠近后轴。


A FUNCTIONAL ANALYSIS OF CROSSING ABILITY OF THE RICE FIELD POWERPLANT OVER EARTH BANKS
Abstract:The object of this paper is to analyse the crossing performance of ricefield wheeled powerplant.After analysis by applying forces to the ariven anddrive wheel in the moment of crossing the earth bank between the rice fields,itwas concluded that in order to have a satisfactory crossing performance,therice field powerplant should have two driving shafts and the parametersproperly selected.In this paper were also discussed the influences of thewhole unit parameters on the crossing performance and concluded that thecenter of grivity of the unit must be set nearby the front axle instead ofthe real axle as in the case of dry land tractors.
