MD疫苗免疫雏鸡vMDV攻击后细胞免疫功能的变化

摘    要:马立克氏病(MD)三价疫苗免疫雏鸡马立克氏病强毒(vMDV)攻击后,免疫保护指数(VPI)为73.30%,脾脏和胸腺T淋巴细胞增殖反应比vMDV感染雏鸡和HVT疫苗免疫后vMDV攻击雏鸡显著增强(P<0.01,P<0.01和P<0.01,P<0.05),外周血液T辅助细胞(TH)和单核细胞数量显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.05和P<0.05,P<0.05).火鸡疱疹病毒(HVT)疫苗免疫雏鸡vMDV攻击后,VPI为56.7%,脾脏和胸腺T淋巴细胞增殖反应比rMDV感染雏鸡显著增强(P<0.05,P<0.05)和外周血液TH数量显著增加(P<0.05),单核细胞数量虽有增加但无统计学显著性差异(P>0.05).

Abstract:The vaccinal protective indices(VPI) was 73.3% in the chicks after inoculation with MDtrivalent vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The lymphocyte proliferative reaction or spleenicand thymus T lymphocytes was significantly enhanced (P< 0.01,P< 0.01 and P<0.01,PM0.05), and the numbers of T. and monocytes in the peripheral blood were significantlyincreased (P<0.01, P<0.05 and P<0.05, P<0.05) in the chicks after vaccination with MDtrivalent vaccine and challenge with vMDV compared with those after infection with vMDVand after inoculation with HVT vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The VPI was 56.7% inthe chicks after vaccination with HVP vaccine and challenge with vMDV. The lymphocyteproliferative reaction or spleenic and thymus T lymphocytes was significantly strengthened(P<0.05,P< 0.05), and the number of TH in the peripheral blood was significantly raised(P< 0.05) but that of monocytcs was not significantly increased (P> 0.05) in the chicks aftervaccination with HVT vaccine and challenge with vMDV in contrast with those after infection with vMDV.
