| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了应用于大豆遗传转化的研究方法,讨论了遗传转化过程中存在的再生系统不完善以及转化效率低等问题,以及遗传转化在农业应用上取得的一些成果,以便拓展其在农业上的应用范围。因此,建立高效的大豆组织培养再生体系,使之广泛应用于大豆生产成为亟待解决的问题。

| Abstract: | The review mainly introduced some methods of the genetic transformation and study progress in soybean.We also discuss the faultiness of the regeneration and low transgenic frequency,and the genetic transformation progress in the use of agriculture so as to expand the application.Thus we should establish higher efficient regeneration system for culture issue,and make it widely use in the production of the soybean. |
