摘    要:细胞程序化死亡(Programmed Cell Death,PCD)在植物生长发育及胁迫反应过程中起着重要的作用。线粒体中细胞色素C的释放是植物发生PCD的早期特征之一。番茄果实作为一种模式植物在热胁迫过程中有许多抗逆反应。试验优化了番茄果实线粒体蛋白和细胞质蛋白的提取及Western杂交检测技术,并检测到番茄果实经热激处理后细胞色素C从线粒体释放到细胞质,为番茄果实PCD的深入研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Programmed cell death (PCD) plays an important role during the development and the stress response in plant. Release of Cytochrome C in the mitochondria is one of the inchoate diagnostic features in plant PCD. Tomato as a model material made lots of reverse reaction in stress response. This study optimized the extraction of mitochondrial and cytosol protein fraction from tomato fruit and western hybridization technique.
