摘    要:选用126份黑龙江小豆种质资源,观察记载供试小豆资源农艺性状,并结合通径与聚类分析研究每种表型性状。结果表明,126份小豆品种资源表现一定变异性,供试小豆资源变异系数9.31%~58.18%,平均变异系数28.85%;多样性指数2.05~1.72,平均多样性指数1.94,供试资源具有较大变异性及多样性。由相关性及通径分析可知,直接调控单株产量的性状有主茎粗、株高、荚长、粒长、单荚粒数,通过聚类分析将供试小豆资源分为6个类群,分析不同类群特点,为小豆品种筛选及群体构建提供依据。

Genetic diversity analysis of agronomic traits of adzuki bean local germplasm in Heilongjiang Province

Abstract:Total 126 copies of Heilongjiang adzuki bean germplasm resources were selected, and the agronomic traits of the tested adzuki bean resources were observed. Data analysis was carried out for each phenotypic trait, combined with path analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the resources of 126 adzuki bean varieties showed some variability. The coefficient of variation of the tested adzuki bean resources ranged from 9.31% to 58.18%, and the average coefficient of variation was28.85%. The diversity index of the tested adzuki bean resources ranged from 2.05 to 1.72, and the average diversity index was 1.94. The tested resources had greater variabilities and diversity. Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that the traits directly regulating the yield per plant were main stem diameter,plant height, pod length, grain length, and single pod number. The clustering of test bean resources was divided into six groups by cluster analysis, analysis on the characteristics of different groups of adzuki beans provided a basis for the screening of small bean varieties and population construction in the future.
