卷丹百合珠芽发育形态特征及生理变化研究

摘    要:运用石蜡切片技术观察卷丹百合珠芽发育形态学特征,通过测定珠芽发育过程相关生理指标变化,研究其发育机理。结果表明,珠芽发育可分为3个阶段,珠芽启动期、膨大期和成熟期。植物内源激素IAA、ZR、GA_3对珠芽发生与发育起促进作用,而ABA、JA有利于珠芽成熟。蔗糖、淀粉等物质积累及相关酶活性变化在卷丹百合珠芽形成发育过程有重要作用,为卷丹百合繁殖发育研究提供参考。

Morphological characteristics and physiological changes of bulbils development in Lilium lancifolium

Abstract:In this experiment, the morphological characteristics of bulbils development process of Lilium lancifolium were presented by paraffin section technique, preliminary study on the development mechanism of bulbils was carried out by measuring the changes of related physiological indices,during the development of bulbils. The results showed that the development of Lilium lancifolium bulbils could be divided into three stages, the start-up period, the expansion period, and the maturity stage.Plant endogenous hormones IAA, ZR and GA_3 promoted the occurrence and development of the bulbils, while ABA and JA promoted the bulbils to mature. The accumulation of sucrose, starch and changes of related enzymes activity played a crucial role in the formation and development of the bulbils, and provided a theoretical basis for promoting the formation and reproduction of Lilium lancifolium bulbils.
