黄颡鱼性腺的组织学观察

通过光学显微镜对黄颡鱼性腺的组织学结构进行了研究。结果表明,黄颡鱼的精巢为小叶型,其精原细胞存在于精小叶内壁上,精母细胞和未成熟的精子细胞位于精小囊中,精子成熟后精小囊破裂释放精子进入小叶腔,完成发育过程。精小叶间存在大量的间质细胞、毛细血管和成纤维细胞。黄颡鱼卵巢属于同步发生类型的卵巢,本研究采用的是发育到第Ⅳ时期的卵巢,卵巢内几乎被第Ⅳ时相的卵母细胞所占据,但仍存在第Ⅴ时相的卵细胞,并且在卵巢内产卵板上可见发育期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ时相的卵母细胞。

Investigation of gonad histological structure of Pelteobagrus fluvidraco (Richardson)

Gonad histological structure of Pelteobagrus fluvidraco(Richardson) was investigated by light microscope.The results indicated that the spermary of Pelteobagrus fluvidraco(Richardson) belongs to the lobular type,its spermatogonium resides in the endothecia of seminiferous lobula,spermatocyte and immature spermatid located in the spermatogenic cysts.As spermatogenic cysts rupture and release the sperm into lumen of seminiferous lobula after spermatozoons have matured,development process of spermatozoon would be completed.There are copious leydig cell,fibroblast cell and blood capillary among seminiferous lobulas.The ovary of Pelteobagrus fluvidraco(Richardson) belongs to the type of synchronous occurrence.Research used ovaries which belonged to the fourth period of ovarian development,these ovaries had been occupied by oocyte of the fourth period nearly completely,but there were several the oocytes of fifth period that be present in the fourth period of ovarian development,and the oocytes which belongs to the first,second and third period of ovarian development may be observed in the ovarian board.
