果寡糖对肉仔鸡肠道菌群及生产性能的影响

摘    要:研究了果寡糖对肉仔鸡肠道菌群及生产性能的影响。选择 96只艾维茵肉鸡随机均分 2个处理组 ,每组设 4个重复 ,每重复 12只。对照组 ( )喂基础饲粮 ,试验组 ( )在基础饲粮中添加 1.5 %果寡糖粗制品 (果寡糖含量为33% )。试验从 1日龄开始 ,试验期 4 9d。每周测定各组试验鸡的体重 ,结算饲料消耗及饲料转化率。分别于 14 ,2 1,35 ,4 9日龄每组取 4只鸡屠宰取盲肠进行双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌。 p H及含水量的测定。结果表明 ,果寡糖的添加显著提高了肉鸡 14 ,2 1日龄盲肠中双歧杆菌的数量 ,与对照组相比 ,分别增加了 1.75 (倍 ) (P <0 .0 5 ) ,1.4 5倍 (P <0 .0 5 )。盲肠内容物水分含量 35日龄测定结果 ,试验组较对照组降低了 5 .87 (P <0 .0 5 )。果寡糖对盲肠内容物的p H无影响。 1.5 0 %果寡糖粗制品的添加对肉仔鸡的生产性能 ,与对照组相比 ,统计上无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )

Abstract:The effect of FOS on intestinal bacteria and performance of broilers was evaluated.96 broilers were randomly assigned to two groups,with four replicates of 12 dirds each.The control group(Ⅰ)was fed with the basal diet.FOS (Ⅱ)was added to the basal diet at the level of 1.5% to form the experimental diet.Body weight,feed intake and feed efficiency were measured weekly.The feeding trial starts form 1d to 49d.At dat 14,21,35 and 49,four broilers per group were killed and the cecum removed to measure Bifidobacteria,coliform,pH and moisture content.The results indicated that dietary FOS significantly increased Bifidobacteria concentration by 1.75 fold(P<0 05) at 14d of age and 1.45 fold (P<0 05) at 21d of age.FOS had no effect on pH and moisture content.FOS had no effect on weight gain,feed intake,and feed conversion(P>0 05) $$$$
