EDEM颗粒体仿真技术在排种机构研究上的应用

摘    要:为准确研究排种机构的工作过程,真实反映散粒体物料定量分配过程中的复杂力学及运动学规律,引入EDEM颗粒体仿真技术,对一种机械式大豆高速精密排种器进行研究。通过全局变量设置、颗粒模型创建、几何体模型导入、运动属性添加以及颗粒工厂的定义,模拟大豆在排种器内充种、护种、清种、排种等运动过程并获得相关数据。研究表明,该方法所获得的结果与试验数据有很高的拟合度,且具有数据、图表、动画等多种输出方式,可高效、便捷地处理散粒体农业物料精确定量分配问题。

Abstract:For accurate simulation the working process of the seed-metering device,reflecting the complex mechanics and kinematics rules of scattered grain body material in the process of quantitative distribution veritably,and the EDEM particles simulation technology is introduced for a high speed seed-metering device of soybeans for research.Through the global variable be set,particles model be created,geometry model be imported,movement attribute be added and the particle factory be defined,simulating the process of sufficient,clear,shield,eject of soybeans in the metering device and accessing to relevant data.Research showing that results has high fitting degree with test data of obtained by using the method,and has data,graphics,animation and so many kinds of output ways.Scattered grain of body can deal with efficiently and conveniently of agricultural materials accurate quantitative allocation problem.
