低温胁迫对玉米幼苗脯氨酸、丙二醛含量及电导率的影响

摘    要:文章研究了低温胁迫条件下,东农250、四密21及屯玉88玉米幼苗叶片中脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率(EC)动态变化。结果表明,不同强度低温胁迫后,不同品种MDA含量与EC均呈增加趋势,屯玉88增加的幅度要明显高于四密21与东农250;Pro也呈增加趋势,但东农250Pro增加量却显著高于四密21与屯玉88。本试验采用的3个玉米品种抗低温冷害能力由强到弱依次为:东农250、四密21、屯玉88。

Abstract:Changes of Pro, MDA contents and relative electric conductivity in Dongnong250, Simi21 and Tunyu88 seedling leaves were studied under the condition of low temperature stress. The results showed that under different low temperature stresses, MDA content and relative electric conductivity of different varieties were all increased, the incremental range of Tunyu88 was significantly higher than that of Dongnong250 and Simi21, Pro content was also increased, but the incremental range of Dongnong250 was significantly higher than that of Simi21 and Tunyu88. Among the three tested cultivars, the order of cold damage resistance from higher to lower was Dongnong250, Simi21 and Tunyu88.
