野大麦种子萌发条件的研究

摘    要:采用正交试验方法对松嫩平原野生野大麦种子在5个温度(15/25、20/30、15/30、20/25和15/20℃),5个梯度的Na2CO3浓度(0、20、30、40和50mmol·L-1)以及5个梯度的CS1菌浓度(OD值分别为0、0.5、0.05、0.005和0.0005)中的萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明,对发芽率、发芽势影响次序皆为温度Na2CO3浓度CS1菌浓度,对发芽指数影响次序为Na2CO3浓度温度CS1菌浓度,温度和Na2CO3浓度对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数皆有显著影响(P0.05),而CS1菌浓度无影响(P0.05),且发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数皆随Na2CO3浓度升高而呈下降的趋势。野大麦种子发芽的最适条件为温度15/25、20/30和15/30℃,Na2CO3浓度为0mmol·L-1。

Abstract:Germination characteristics of natural Hordeum brevisubulatum seeds on Songnen Plains of China were studied under five kinds of variable temperature (15/25, 20/30, 15/30, 20/25, 15/20 ℃ ), five concentrations of Na2CO3 (0, 20, 30, 40, 50 mmol·L-1) and five concentrations of bacterium strain CS1(OD value was 0, 0.5, 0.05, 0.005, 0.0005, respectively) by the orthogonal experimental design. Factors that affected germination rate, germination energy were both in the order of variable temperature>concentration of Na2CO3>concentration of bacterium strain CS1. The factor that affected germination index was in the order of concentration of Na2CO3>variable temperature>concentration of bacterium strain CS1. Temperature and salt concentration significantly affected germination rates, germination energy and germination index (P<0.05), but concentration of bacterium strain CS1 had not influence (P>0.05). Moreover, the germination rate, germination energy and germination index all decreased with the increasing of concentration of Na2CO3. The temperature of 15/25, 20/30 and 15/30 ℃, 0 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3 concentration was the optimal germination condition of Hordeum brevisubulatum.
