黄芪多糖和香菇多糖对vMDV人工感染雏鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响

摘    要:将480只1日龄健康AA肉用雏鸡随机分为对照组、病毒组、黄芪多糖病毒组和香菇多糖病毒组。每组80只,分别作不同处理,并分别于7,14,28,42,和56日龄测定各组雏鸡红细胞E-C_(3b)R和 E-IC花环率。结果黄芪多糖病毒组和香菇多糖病毒组雏鸡E-C_(3b)R花环率同病毒组相比呈现逐渐升高的趋势,而E-IC花环率则呈现逐渐下降的趋势。在明黄芪多糖和香菇多糖对vMDA感染雏鸡红细胞免疫功能具有继发性增强作用。

Abstract:In order to study the influenes of APS and LTN on the immune function of erythrocyte of chickens artificially-infected with vMDV, we established the erythrocyte C_(3b)R (E-C_(3b)R) rosette assay and the erythrocyte IC (E-IC) rosette assay, using C,6-coated zymosan particles and zymosan particles. The E-C_(3b)R rosette ratio of chickens injeted with vMDV. APS or vMDV and LTN were lower than the group only iniected with vMDV at first, but gradually rose up and surmounted the "virus" group, while the E-IC rosette ratio of chickens injected with vMDV. APS or vMDV and LTN were higher than the"virus "group at first, but gradual- ly sent down and lower than the virus group. these results suggested that APS ad LTN might enhance the immune function of chicken erythrocyte and restrain vMDV and MD.
