甜菜氮代谢关键酶与其产质量的关系

摘    要:不同氮肥处理的 NR和 GS与 α-氨基态氮呈线性相关 ,但不同生育期间 ,NR及叶部的 GS与 α-氨基态氮相关不显著 ,而根部的 GS与 α-氨基态氮则呈显著正相关。NR和 GS与产量及产糖量则呈二次型抛物线关系 ,即在一定范围内 ,随 NR和 GS活性增强 ,产量和产糖量增加 ,但超过 NR和 GS的最适值时 ,二者呈下降趋势。在硝态氮作用下 ,NR与各测试指标相关性较大 ,而 GS与各指标在铵态氮处理下相关性较大 ,说明硝态氮对 NR有促进作用 ,而铵态氮对 GS有较强的促进作用。

Abstract:The relationship between NR、GS and α-amino nitrogen was lineship when different nitrogen sources were used,but in different growth duration,the correlation between NR、GS of leaves and α-amino nitrogen was not significantly,the correlation between GS of roots and α-amino nitrogen was significantly.The relationship between NR、GS and roots yields、sugar yields was parabola-ship,that is roots yield、sugar yields grew up when activities of NR、GS improved in some range and they decreased when activities of NR、GS exceeded their fittable value.The correlation between NR and each test indexes was larger utilizing nitrate nitrogen as the sole nitrogen source,that between GS and each test indexes was larger utilizing ammonium nitrogen as the sole nitrogen source,this showed that nitrate nitrogen improved the activity of NR and ammonium nitrogen improved the activity of GS.
