大豆豆荚与叶片形态和生理特性比较研究

摘    要:以东农42、东农163二个大豆品种为试材,对不同生育期、不同节位大豆叶片和豆荚的面积、长度和宽度进行了形态学的比较。结果表明,豆荚平均长度占其功能叶片平均长度的34.3%~46.5%,东农42的豆荚面积约占其叶片面积的18.05%。以东农42为例,对结荚期大豆植株不同节位叶片及其豆荚的叶绿素含量、蛋白质含量及碳水化合物含量等生理指标进行比较。结果表明,豆荚叶绿素总含量占叶片叶绿素总含量的3.5%,豆荚的淀粉的和还原糖含量都较叶片高,豆荚的蛋白质含量较叶片少,约占叶片含量的41.5%。

Abstract:Soybean varieties of Dongnong 42 and Dongnong 163 were used as materia ls to study soybean blades and pods′ areas, length and width in different growt h periods and sites of node. The results showed that the average length of pods is 34.3-46.5 percent of the average length of functional blades. The average are a of pods is about 18.05 percent of its blade. The contents of chlorophyll, prot ein and carbohydrate in different sites of node and pods of Dongnong 42 were stu died in this experiment. The results indicated that the content of total chlorop hyll in soybean pods is 3.5 percent of content of total chlorophyll in soybean b lades. The contents of reducsugar and starch in pods are higher than those in bl ades. But the content of protein in pods is lower than that in blades and is abo ut 41.5 percent of content of protein in blades.
