粗饲料产气特性与CNCPS组分相关性研究

摘    要:试验采集瘤胃液进行体外培养,通过测定7种粗饲料产气特性和CNCPS组分,研究二者的相关性。结果表明,12、24、36、72h(P<0.05)、48h(P<0.01)的累计产气量与CP负相关,但在12、24、36、48、72h(P<0.01)及12h(P<0.05)、24、36、48、72h(P<0.01)的产气量分别与NDS/CP和(NDS-ASH)/CP正相关。产气参数a、b、a+b、c均与NDS/CP呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),同时a、b、a+b(P<0.01)、c(P<0.05)与(NDS-ASH)/CP间正相关,然而b、a+b、c与CP呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。NDF降解率(P<0.01)和ADF降解率(P<0.05)与CP正相关,但NDF降解率(P<0.05)和ADF降解率(P<0.01)与NDS/CP及(NDS-ASH)/CP负相关。建立的产气量与CNCPS组分间回归模型的R2>0.973,由此可见,求得的回归模型有很好的实用价值。

Abstract:The experiment studied the correlation between gas production characteristics and CNCPS components of seven roughages, which were corn silage straw, alfalfa, corn straw, bean straw, chinensis, rice straw and specific corn silage straw. Ruminant fluid was collected and cultivated in vivo. The results showed that the cumulative gas production rate had the negative correlation with CP, when it was at the condition of 12, 24, 36, 72 h (P<0.05), 48 h (P<0.01), however, the gas production rate had the positive correlation with NDS/CP and (NDS-ASH)/CP, repectively, when the conditions were of 12, 24, 36, 48, 72 h (P<0.01), 12 h (P<0.05), 24, 36, 48, 72 h (P<0.01), respectively. The gas prodution parameters a, b, a+b, and c had the obviously positive correlation with NDS/CP, meanwhile, the parameters a, b, a+b (P<0.01) and c(P<0.05) had the positive correlation with (NDS-ASH)/CP, while the parameters b, a+b, and c had the obviously negative correlation with CP (P<0.05). The degradation of NDF (P<0.01) and ADF (P<0.05) had the positive correlation with CP(P<0.05), but the degradation of NDF(P<0.05) and ADF (P<0.01) had the negative correlation with NDS/CP and(NDS-ASH)/CP. Regression model between gas production rate and CNCPS components was established with R2>0.973, which indicated that the model had preferable practical value.
