| 摘 要： | 将 150只 1日龄健康 AA肉用雏鸡随机分为黄芪多糖组、香菇多糖组和健康对照组 ,每组50只 ,分别作不同处理 ,并分别于 7,14 ,2 8,4 2和 56日龄测定各组雏鸡红细胞 E- C3 b R、 E- IC花环率。结果黄芪多糖、香菇多糖组雏鸡 E- C3 b R在大部分测时期高于对照雏鸡 (P >0 .0 5,P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1) ;黄芪多糖和香菇多糖组雏鸡在大部分检测时期 E- IC花环率低于对照雏鸡 P >0 .0 5,P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。表明黄芪多糖和香菇多糖对雏鸡红细胞免疫功能具有继发性增强作用

| Abstract: | In order to study the influences of APS and LTN on the immune function of chicken erythrocyte,we established the erythrocyte C 3b R(E C 3b R)rosette assay and the erythrocyte IC(E IC)rosette assay,using C 3b coated zymosan partides and zymosan partides The E C 3b R rosette rates of chickens injected with APS or LTN were higher than control at most periods,while the E IC rosette rates of chickens injected with APS or LTN were lower than the control at most periods There results suggested that APS and LTN might enhance the immune function of chicken erythrocytes $$$$ |
