摘    要:采用溶液培养法,研究不同浓度的NaCl溶液对苦瓜幼苗过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性的影响。结果表明,随NaCl浓度的增加,植株伤害加重,植株叶片POD酶活性先升高后下降,SOD酶活性先下降后升高,Pro含量增加,MDA含量先增加后下降,膜透性增加,对植株根测定无明显变化,发现植株根在盐胁迫下生长速率加倍。NaCl浓度为100 mmol.L-1时对苦瓜幼苗影响较大。

Abstract:The effects of different NaCl concentrations on the activity of the enzyme of activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),Pro,MDA content and membrane penetrability in balsam pear seedling were studied by using the solution culture method.The results showed that with the NaCl concentration rising,the plants were seriously hurt.The activity of POD in leaves firstly rised and then fell,while the SOD activity on the contrary.The content of Pro rised and MDA content firstly rised and then fell,membr...
