Abstract:Arabidopsis thaliana DREB1A gene driven by constitutive promoter CaMV 35S and stress inducible promoter rd29A were respectively transformed into tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum L.).The obtained transgenic plants using both promoters showed strong drought and cold tolerance,but no salt tolerance was observed.The differences of characteristics between transgenic plants with DREB1A gene under the controlling of constitutive promoter and inducible promoter were analyzed,this will provide the technical basis for utili...
